About Us
Two-time Olympian and former pro road cyclist, Ron Hayman manages sales, marketing and product research for Hayman Sport. He brings to the company the same pioneering spirit that led him to be one of the first North American riders to live and train in Europe. There he apprenticed in the tough school of Belgium road racing and built a professional career on the international stage. From racing in Europe and North America to captaining the Pro-Am 7-Eleven Team to serving as Canadian National Team coach, Ron learned first hand the need for quality clothing and equipment that could keep pace with top-level performers. At Hayman Sport, Ron and a select group of athletes ensure the functionality and durability of the line by testing products under a variety of conditions. Neda Joss is a former competitive paddler and dragon-boat racer who brings to Hayman Sport her 20 years of experience in the technical clothing business. It’s been a long time since Neda first began sewing custom garments for dragon boat racers and Olympic class paddlers out of her basement, a business she grew into a thriving sewing factory in Vancouver. Sports clothing design is Neda’s specialty, uniting her love of sports with her professional expertise and ingenuity. At Hayman Sport, Neda sources the best suitable fabrics and ensures the quality standards of the line, oversees the Artwork Department and works closely with our pattern makers.

Hayman Sport is based in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley . Hayman Sport is the vision of husband and wife team, Ron Hayman and Neda Joss. Both once competitive athletes and users of technical sportswear, Ron and Neda saw the opportunity to utilize this experience and combine it with 20 years of clothing manufacturing to produce Hayman Sports.
